For the final exam, the assignment is to create a design with two type of resist dyeing technique, which is batik and ikat. The ikat technique i use is called suji shibori meanwhile the gingko leaves is created by using batik wax to respond the unique slash pattern of suji. The slash pattern from suji symbolize the hurt and chaos in human mind. Meanwhile, the gingko leaves are known as a symbol of resilience, to show that human heart always find a way to calm one's mind.
